Car runs and drives great, new tires, the motor and the clutch full maintenance was just done, the brakes locks up after 15 min driving, mechanic told me maybe the calipers should be cleaned out because this car was parked for last 2 years or brakes may need to be beaded out, or it may fix itself after a little driving. Highly optioned, minimal rust. A garaged idaho car, this bavaria is a clean, humble example that runs and drives very well. The car has recently undergone a front suspension/steering rebuild, has a new clutch, balanced and rebuilt driveshaft and center bearing, new tires, etc. The car is mechanically sound and runs like a top. The transmission is smooth, and the car has no problem being driven at speed. Carpets are not bad by any means, while the door cards are also in fantastic shape. The negatives: -cosmetically, the wheels could be refinished, and the dash and console area would also benefit from some attention. A few interior pieces are losing their chrome coatings and could be refinished as well. -odometer failure in late 2015 (estimated mileage is ~40-45,000) -the sunroof and rear left window do not operate at the moment -locks could use some attention the body is straight, and the car has been in no known accidents.
