This jeep is a very good looking jeep with low mileage! This jeep looks great on the interior and exterior but there is a problem that's causing it to have the check engine light on. I believe from what i've heard it could just be the o2 sensor or a catalytic converter problem. I've found a new car i would like to buy and i don't have time to try and get this jeep figured out which is why i'm selling it for a low price. Sell my '98 xj has served well for the time i owned it. Great off roader and is ready to go offroading. Has been well maintained and runs good. Has had some body work issuses and repainted hood. The electric door locks don't work anymore. The blower motor only runs on high. Liscened in idaho but will easily pass utah inspections. Title in hand. 3" front procomp lift 3" old man emu dakar hd springs rear, with procomp shocks a/c rebuilt and works great! 4 extra mud tires cb antenna mount and door frame light mounts new windshield. Bought it almost a year ago for $2500. Almost 250,000 miles wired for sub, 4 wheel drive option, tow package, 2" lift and custom exhaust. I got in a little fender bender and i don't have the money to fix it and don't want to put in the time. The horn still works. It was duck tapped on when i bought it. Other than those 2 things it's a pretty clean jeep. It runs great, the accident didn't affect the engine. Pm me with any questions.

This jeep has been good to me, but the upkeep has become more than i want to/have time to manage. It runs and i have never had issues more serious than parts that i could replace myself. It currently needs some work done on the front end, but someone who is handy shouldn't have any problems with it. The windshield also needs to be replaced. I installed a tow kit several years ago, battery is a year old, and the tires still have a few years left to them. This jeep would be a fun project for someone with jeeping in mind! Upgraded stereo & speakers spare tire rack tow kit year old battery roof rack call or text.

The country trim package is a bit more refined than the Laredo or base package. There are no leaks to worry about and the engine bay is very clean. The NP231 Part time 4 wheel drive works great as well. I installed a new stainless steel muffler about 2 months ago. Has an aftermarket front track bar on the axle up front. The rear axle is the Chrysler 8.25 29 spline Air Conditioning
