There is a crack under the back window, not uncommon with the 2002-2005 Mountaineer, and it has never leaked and has been no problem. Good, reliable vehicle, Rear suspension springs replaced 2 years ago, The thermostat housing was replaced a month ago. I love the way this SUV operates, but I simply don't use it very much
